E-invoicing registers each B2B sales invoice with the government portal and returns an IRN + signed QR code. It is mandatory above ₹5 crore turnover. The Test (offline) mode works immediately with no signup, so you can try the whole flow now. When you sign up with a GST Suvidha Provider (GSP), switch to GSP / Sandbox and paste their API URL and key below — no software change needed.

📅 Year-End Close / Period Lock
Freeze a closed accounting period. Once locked, no invoice, bill, payment, journal voucher or cash entry dated on or before the lock date can be created, edited or deleted — so signed-off books stay exactly as filed. Admin only.

Coming from Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Vyapar, Busy, Marg, Khatabook or plain Excel? Export your data as CSV there and import it here — whatever the columns are named. The importer auto-detects which of your columns is which and lets you fix any it gets wrong, so you do not have to reformat the file first. Dates and amounts in any common format are understood. Duplicates are skipped automatically — running an import twice is safe.
